Reduced foliage can make slopes, travel routes and the structure of dense growth easier to document before work.
Real Project • Pendleton County, Kentucky
Eight hours of equipment work opened dense undergrowth, improved visibility and created practical access through a wooded hillside.
Completed October 18, 2026
This Pendleton County project involved an eight-hour forestry-mulching scope through wooded and sloped ground. Starrett used the Bobcat T770 and mulching attachment to process approved brush and smaller growth while working around established trees.
The finished photos show broader sight lines, clearer travel routes and ground that is easier to inspect and maintain. The property location is identified only by county to protect the customer’s privacy.
Real Project Videos
These original videos show three parts of the same Pendleton County job: dense vegetation during mulching, the opened hillside and a walkthrough of the finished wooded area.
Finished Results
The finished photos document open ground between retained trees and the mulched organic material left across the work area. The result is not presented as a finished lawn or engineered grade; it is a forestry-mulched surface ready for inspection, maintenance and the owner’s next planned use.
Production on another property may be different. Vegetation density, stem size, slope, soil, access, wire, debris and the requested finish all affect machine time.

Why This Fall Project Made Sense
With seasonal growth beginning to thin and leaves changing, the property’s slope, established trees and dense understory were easier to evaluate. Fall work can help owners expose routes and problem areas before spring growth returns, although scheduling and production always depend on weather and safe ground conditions.
Reduced foliage can make slopes, travel routes and the structure of dense growth easier to document before work.
Opening ground between established trees can create better access for inspection, maintenance or a later property project.
After clearing, the owner can better see where follow-up mowing, treatment, stump work or grading may be useful.
Planning a Similar Project
An accurate estimate begins with more than an acreage number. Photos, video and access details help Starrett confirm the proper clearing level and determine whether a walkthrough is needed.
Send wide photos or a slow video showing vegetation density, the entrance, gates, turns, overhead clearance, slopes and soft ground.
Mark fencing, wire, utilities, septic components, rocks, holes, debris, drop-offs and every tree or feature that must remain.
Explain whether the goal is visibility, a trail, hunting access, a cleaner fence line, improved maintenance access or broader usable ground.
Current Forestry Mulching Rates
This completed project shows what eight hours accomplished on one site. Your confirmed rate and production depend on vegetation density, terrain, access, obstacles and the requested finish.
The confirmed rate includes the Bobcat T770, forestry mulching attachment, fuel, routine machine operating costs and an experienced owner-operator. Travel beyond 20 miles from California, Kentucky, and any hauling, disposal, stump or grading work are quoted separately.
Project Questions
Was this an actual Starrett project?
Yes. Every photo and video on this page came from the forestry-mulching job completed in Pendleton County on October 18, 2026.
How long did the work take?
The approved machine-work scope took eight hours. That timeframe applies only to this property and should not be treated as a promise for a different site.
Were all trees removed?
No. The photos show established trees retained while dense understory and approved smaller growth were processed around them.
Was the mulched material hauled away?
No. The organic material remained across the cleared surface. Hauling and disposal are separate services unless included in a written scope.
Will the growth stay gone permanently?
Forestry mulching processes current growth but does not guarantee permanent eradication. Roots, seed and surrounding vegetation can produce regrowth, so future maintenance may be needed.
Does Starrett serve Pendleton County?
Yes, for qualifying projects. Text the exact address so access, travel and scheduling can be confirmed.
