The confirmed rate includes the Bobcat T770, forestry mulching attachment, fuel, routine machine operating costs and an experienced owner-operator. Local mobilization is included within 20 miles of California, Kentucky. Travel beyond 20 miles and added services are quoted before scheduling.

Fall clearing can give the owner time to inspect the opened ground and plan maintenance, demolition or another property project before spring growth returns. Scheduling and production still depend on weather, soil and safe ground conditions.

Realistic Clearing Expectations
Know What Forestry Mulching Does—and What It Does Not Do.
Mulching processes approved vegetation at or near ground level and leaves organic material across the work area. It does not automatically remove every root, buried object, stump, rock or piece of wire. The surface is not the same as a finished lawn or engineered building pad unless separate grading and material work are included.
Standing trees larger than 10 inches in diameter are outside Starrett’s standard forestry-mulching scope. Hazardous trees, unstable standing material and work near buildings or utilities may require a qualified tree-service provider or a separate plan.
Existing honeysuckle can be processed, but permanent eradication is not guaranteed. Roots, seed and neighboring vegetation can produce regrowth, so mowing, treatment or separately arranged follow-up maintenance may be needed.

Skid-Steer Grading & Cleanup
Rough grading, driveway access, pad preparation, material handling and heavy property cleanup can follow or support clearing where conditions are suitable.
Stump Grinding & Removal
Stump work is separate from standard forestry mulching. Send diameter measurements, photos, access details and the intended use of the area.
Structure Demolition
Sheds, decks, fences, garages, mobile homes and other approved structures can be quoted with teardown, debris handling and cleanup.
Debris Hauling & Dumpsters
Existing junk, construction material and demolition debris may require crew-loaded hauling or a driveway-safe 15-yard dumpster instead of processing with the mulcher.

How much does forestry mulching cost?
Light Clearing is $250 per hour with a $1,000 four-hour minimum. Dense Clearing is $275 per hour with a $1,100 minimum. Heavy Clearing is $300 per hour with a $1,200 minimum. Conditions determine the confirmed level.
What is included in the rate?
The confirmed rate includes the Bobcat T770, forestry mulching attachment, fuel, routine operating costs and an experienced owner-operator.
Can mulching permanently eliminate honeysuckle?
No. Existing growth is processed in the approved area, but roots, seed and neighboring vegetation can produce regrowth. Ongoing maintenance may be needed.

Is hauling included?
